Cinnamon intake lowers fasting blood glucose
November 16, 2011

Davis & Yokoyama conducted a meta-analysis of clinical studies on the effect of cinnamon intake and its effectiveness in lowering Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG). They suggest that cinnamon extract and/or cinnamon improves FBG in people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.
