Liquorice compound facilitates removal of fatty deposits in arteries
Glabridin, a component of liquorice, may help in the biochemical process of clearing fatty plaques in arteries. Plaques are created via build up of fatty deposits which can stress the cardiovascular system.
It appears that the Liquorice component can interect with enzymes and have positive effects on their antiatherogenic (anti-plaque forming) properties.
Liquorice is a key component of the InnOrbit healthy drink range which includes: UP&GO, YOUNG&FUN, SLIM&FIT and CALM&RELAX.
