We have seen in the last few posts how Ayurvedic ingredients can really help in certain areas of our life.  Cinammon seems to have potential in controlling lipid levels and cholesterol and now Hibiscus looks like another candidate.  In a clinical trail Hibiscus was shown to lower triglycerides – triglycerides are a mechanism for storing unused calories, and their high concentrations in blood correlates with the consumption of starchy and fatty foods.
