Researchers at the Ohoku University in Japan determined the relationship between green tea drinking and functional disability in elderly individuals.

A study was conducted on 13,988 Japanese individuals aged over 65 years old. Data on daily green tea consumption and other lifestyle factors was collected via questionnaire

The RESULTS suggest that Green tea consumption is significantly associated with a lower risk of incident functional disability (stroke, cognitive impairment, and osteoporosis), even after adjustment for possible confounding factors.

InnOrbit use Green Tea as a base for their functional drink range. Another good reason why drinking InnOrbit infusions is a good idea!
