Ginger: Improves Cognitive Function of Middle-Aged Healthy Women

Ginger is a potential cognitive enhancer for middle-aged women.


Work by SAENGHONG, et al (in
Evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine : eCAM Jan 11, 2012) found that the ginger-treated groups had significantly decreased P300 latencies, increased N100 and P300 amplitudes (brain activity), and exhibited enhanced working memory.
