Protecting Your Liver
Daily healthy eating is important to help protect your liver. More information here on how the liver works.
The following will help:
- Eat a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit, avoiding high levels of animal products and processed foods.
- Try to reduce caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and high-fructose corn syrup.
- Drink plenty of water to help “cleanse” your liver.

Cleansing your liver is an everyday process and you can support the above with the following:
