Protecting Your Liver

Daily healthy eating is important to help protect your liver.  More information here on how the liver works.

The following will help:

  • Eat a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit, avoiding high levels of animal products and processed foods.
  • Try to reduce caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and high-fructose corn syrup.
  • Drink plenty of water to help “cleanse” your liver.
  • Try infusions: Certain natural herbal ingredients may help to protect the liver, including: Liquorice, Holy Basil, Amla (Emblica officinalis).  InnOrbit’s CALM&RELAX is rich in these ingredients.

Liver Detox

Cleansing your liver is an everyday process and you can support the above with the following:

  • Drink infusions with certain natural ingredients like Lemon and Ginger.
  • Eat only raw dark leafy greens for a period of time (e.g. 1 day).
  • Drink plenty of pure water .
  • Drink plenty of infusions with natural herbal ingredients that help the liver function.
