Anxiety: Calm and Relax

In the west the number of poeple suffering stress related disesase has reached alarming levels:

40 million (18,1%) Americans (USA) between 18 and 54 years old suffer each year some type of stress related disease.

There are basically three types of medicinal plants that can help with stress and anxiety:

Relaxing and Equilibrating Plants

These have natural relaxing and sedative effects and will help with the central nervous system:

Depression affects between 10 and 15% of the poplation.
