Cinnamon: Sugar & Fat Lowering Properties

Ranasinghe et al evaluated the  short- and long-term effects of Cinnamon on food consumption, body weight, glycemic control, and lipids in an animal model system.

In conclusion, the results showed that blood glucose was lowered, reduced food intake, and improved lipid parameters in diabetes-induced animal model systems after Cinnamon consumption.
